SERVICES
Individual Psychotherapy
In individual therapy I integrate a person-centered approach with a somatic (body-based) approach to help you understand and process what you are currently experiencing. In individual therapy, we will work to reach your personal goals by understanding your triggers, stressors, thoughts, feelings and emotions along with your physical reactions such as stomach aches or tension held in the body.
Issues I Work With
I work with a variety of issues, with a focus on clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. If you feel like I might be a good fit for you, please schedule a free 15-minute consultation so we can get to know each other, and I can answer any questions you might have about my approach and the therapy process.

INSURANCE AND BENEFITS
My services are not covered by OHIP. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance or benefits company to find out if therapy is covered.
