ABOUT ME

"I approach therapy with empathy, openness and non-judgement in order to foster a safe space for you to explore and reflect"

My name is Zoey Wilton. I have always had a passion for working with people and knew from a young age that I wanted to work in a field where I could do so. I have been working in the mental health field for nine years, and through this experience have worked with people from all walks of life. I believe that healing occurs holistically. Therefore, I use an eclectic approach that combines cognitive, behavioural, and somatic therapies to help you reach your therapeutic goals.

I currently work in Ottawa and offer in-person sessions on Monday and Tuesday. I work with online clients Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Due to my practice being primarily online I am able to work with clients across Ontario.
